Jonathan H. Shapiro, D.D.S., M.D.Sc.
Dr. Shapiro earned a BA in Economics with a minor in Environmental Systems and Society from UCLA. Following graduation, he held a range of positions, including manager of a prestigious steakhouse, suicide prevention counselor, and surgical technician. A volunteer trip to Honduras, where he served as a dental assistant, ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in dentistry.

Driven by a deep interest in endodontics, he completed his Certificate of Advanced Education in Endodontics at the University of Connecticut, where he also earned a Master of Dental Science degree. His research focused on the efficacy of a clinician-fabricated device for removing fractured endodontic instruments.
Dr. Shapiro is dedicated to providing his patients with painless, compassionate, and stress-free care. Through his active involvement with the American Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists, he remains fully committed to staying current with the latest advancements in evidence-based dentistry.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, dining, surfing, woodworking, and playing pickleball.
